Q. How long is the boat cruise party?
The duration of the boat cruise party is as per your request.

Q. Does the ticket include any beverage or food?
This depends on the package you opt for.

Q. Is there a toilet on board?
Yes. We have a fully equipped modern loo on board.

Q. Are all the boats the same?
The boats differ in size and capacity - the program, itinerary, duration, music etc are all standardised unless, of course, you opt for a customised party that is organised as per your preferences.

Q. Can we choose the boat?
Yes, you can choose a particular boat.

Q. What do you mean by "heavy bags are not allowed"?
Suitcases and other luggage is not allowed. Women are allowed to carry a handbag and men are allowed a backpack. These will be checked by our security before entering the boat.

Q. Is there a storage rooms for bags and luggage?
No, there is no storage room. Please keep all luggage in your hotel room or car.

Q. Does the bar and snacks counter accept credit cards?
No, the bar and snacks counter do not accept credit card payments.

Q. Are cameras allowed on the boat?
Yes, cameras for personal pictures and videos are allowed. However, professional, large film cameras and other equipment are NOT allowed unless the boat is specifically hired for a film shoot. Also, please note that any pictures or videos taken cannot be used for commercial purposes without the consent of the management of the boat.

Q. What should I wear for the trip?
We suggest that you wear cool, airy clothes and carry a stole or light jacket paired with comfortable flip flops, sandals or rubber shoes.

Q. Are children allowed on board?
We love children and children love the boat. Infants are also welcome.

Q. What's the boarding procedure?
Boarding takes place directly from the main Panaji jetty.

Q. What if I get seasick?
On the river trips you will not get sea sick at all. However, on our sea trips, those prone to nausea and motion sickness should take anti- seasickness pills before the trip commences.

Booking Policy

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees.
  • Bank details are provided under our Contact page. We accept direct bank transfers, cheques and cash as methods of payment.
  • Due to sound restrictions, music will be played only till 10pm on the top deck up to a level of 55db. After which it will only be played on the lower decks.
  • We will need you to sign a waiver stating that this event is a private function for your company/ family.
  • If you are arranging your own catering, please note that no gas tanks, flames or live counters will be allowed on board.
  • If you are using our caterers - you will have to inform us at the earliest and a full advance on the catering charges will have to be paid as confirmation.
  • We provide barmen to pour drinks at our bar situated on the middle deck; however, other wait staff isn't complimentary. We can provide waiters for bar service @ Rs. 750 per waiter. We strongly recommend you avail of this service.
  • To book the boat, we require 50% advance payment to be made to us, if this payment is to be made by cheque, please make sure it is made in time as we cannot confirm your booking until the payment is received.
  • The balance payment, if made by cheque has to be done 3 days prior to the event date. If it is done by NEFT, then 48 hours prior to the event date.
  • The bar bill will have to be paid in cash at the end of the cruise.
  • In case of cancellation, the full deposit shall be refunded if the booking is cancelled 10 days prior to the cruise date. The catering amount however, may stand to be forfeited, depending on the caterer hired. However, if the cruise is cancelled with less than 10 days notice, there shall be no refund made.
  • Please note that your group must be at the jetty 20 minutes prior to departure time. Departure timings are fixed and any delay on your part will cause confusion as more than one boat uses the same jetty for docking.
  • Outside liquor can be brought on special request at additional corkage rates.
  • We have the right to refuse any passenger at the time of boarding if we deem the individual medically unfit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund on cancellation 10 days prior to the booked departure date.
  • Less than 10 days no refunds.
  • All cancellation requests need to be conveyed by email.
